Highly recommend Ruby Care Senior Living Advisors!!  In particular, I cannot thank one of their advisors, Nell Taylor, enough for stepping in to assist us in finding a Memory Care facility for our mother who has Alzheimer's.  My sister started searching approximately a year ago with another company who simply sent emails with listings of facilities, but nothing more.  We were on our own trying to navigate a system we knew nothing about. All that changed when we found Nell.  Not only is she knowledgeable, experienced, professional, friendly and patient, but she made a point of touring places with me.  Nell knew all the right questions to ask and gave me thoughtful and honest opinions of each one at my request.  It was a chaotic time for us between working long hours full-time and my sister living out of state.  I was very limited on time.  She checked in with me often and was so very patient! Mona was super helpful when my mom came to Texas several years ago and needed assisted living. Very knowledgeable, helpful and considerate. Lisa Johnson was great to work with and as someone balancing a full-time job, helping take care of Mom’s needs and being a present Gigi, it was great to have someone to help navigate this daunting process.
